We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days (additional fees apply).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s delivery status.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact customer service for assistance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  2. Locate your order and select “Return Item.”
  3. Follow the instructions to complete your return request.

Once approved, you will receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.

REFUND PROCESS
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Certain items (e.g., clearance, promotional products) are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
